What it does
The whole desk, in one system.
Six things your team stops doing by hand the day they sign in.
Capture every enquiry
Walk-in, call or WhatsApp — each lead lands with its source, destination and follow-up date already attached. Nothing sits in a notebook.
Quotations that build themselves
Pull hotels, transport, sightseeing and meal plans straight from your masters. Change a room type and the totals follow.
Branded PDFs in one click
Every quote exports as a clean, itemised document carrying your letterhead, inclusions, exclusions and terms.
Follow-ups that actually happen
WhatsApp reminders fire on schedule, so a warm lead never goes cold because someone forgot to call on Tuesday.
Masters you set once
Destinations, accommodation, visa rules, transportation, inclusions and terms — defined centrally, reused everywhere.
Know where the money is
Conversion rate, pipeline by stage and revenue this month — on the dashboard the moment you sign in.
How it works
Four steps, and nobody has to remember anything.
- 01
Step 01
Capture the lead
Enquiry, source and follow-up in one place, assigned to the right executive the moment it arrives.
- 02
Step 02
Build the quotation
Compose the package from your masters, price it, and revise it without ever starting over.
- 03
Step 03
Send the PDF
Branded, itemised and ready to forward the second the customer asks for it.
- 04
Booked
Close and follow up
Convert to a booking, then keep the WhatsApp thread warm right through to departure.
The difference
What changes on day one.
Nothing here is hypothetical — it is the difference between a desk run on memory and a desk run on a system.

Masters
Thirteen catalogues. Set once, used forever.
Every catalogue a quotation draws on lives here — grouped in the order you actually assemble a package.

Destinations
Every city you sell, with its desk and defaults.
Countries
Territories, currencies and the rules that travel with them.
Accommodation
Hotels per destination, with categories and rates.
Room Types
Single, double, triple, quad — priced once, reused.
Transportation
Transfers and vehicles, as tabs under one master.
Meal Plans
Room only through full board, applied per hotel.
Itineraries
Day-by-day templates you drop straight into a quote.
Sightseeing
Excursions and attractions, per destination.
Services
Add-ons and extras that ride along with a package.
Inclusions
What the package covers, worded the same every time.
Exclusions
What it does not — stated plainly, before anyone asks.
Visa
Requirements, documents and processing per country.
Terms
Payment, cancellation and conditions on every PDF.
Change a master once and every future quotation picks it up — documents already sent keep the figures they went out with.
Destination desks
Where your customers are going.
Each desk carries its own masters — hotels, transport, visa rules and terms — so a quote is never assembled from scratch.

From the desk
What changes, in their words.
Quotes that used to take half an hour now take four minutes, and they go out looking the same every time.

Questions
Before you ask.
The five things every desk wants to know before the first enquiry goes in.
Do we need to move our existing data in first?+
No. You can start capturing new enquiries immediately and build up your masters — destinations, hotels, inclusions — as you go. Nothing has to be migrated before day one.
Can two executives work on the same lead?+
Every lead has one owner, so accountability is never ambiguous, but managers and admins can see and reassign any lead in the pipeline.
What happens to a quotation when prices change?+
Existing quotes keep the figures they were sent with. Updating a master affects future quotations only — a document you have already given a customer is never rewritten behind your back.
Does it work on a phone?+
Yes. The dashboard, leads and follow-ups are all usable on a phone, which is where most follow-up actually happens.
Who can see the reports?+
Reports are limited to admins and managers. Sales executives see their own book and their own follow-ups.
